I am using the Docusign service with my tax software, by Intuit.
I have 3 documents that have to be signed by a married couple. For some reason the wife has had issues in signing electronically and I believe the file could be corrupted. Can I delete the file/envelop to then create a new one? Voiding and resending

You are allowed to void and/or resend your envelopes within DocuSign eSignature.

Regarding the Inuit workflow, I encourage you to contact them directly to confirm if voiding the envelope will not interfere with your workflow on their end.
