I am Amy Hase. I am with 1st Source Bank in South Bend Indiana. I am an eSign Admin for my org. We have a Signature core and use Nautilus (OnBase) for Document Storage. We have really begun to grow our use cases and we are just starting to do integrations and automations!

We too use OnBase and have the integration. Long story long our employees virtual print documents into OnBase and I have Workflows set up to add the DocuSign Template ID to the form and upload. We have polling set for every 5 minutes and then I then have a timer in the Workflow looking at the envelope status of Complete, Void or Decline. If Complete the form moves along the Workflow. If it is Void or Decline the system adds a note to the document and removes it from Workflow.
