+1We have a podcast guest release form we want our guests to sign so that it confirms they give us permission to use their identity and to promote them in an episode of our podcast.
I want to share this with my co-host so that we can both issue release forms for guests to sign via Docusign.
What’s the best way to do this? We are having trouble making that work.

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
The best way to achieve that is Creating a Template to that form then share the template with your co-host, of course, he/she needs to have a DocuSign user in your account.
