How do I upload a word document to use as a template?

The operation should be simple if you have the correct Permissions to create a new Template...
1) Login to DocuSign and go to the Templates option across the top
2) Select NEW, then Create Template
3) Select "Upload" in the top portion under Ad Documents to the Envelope"
Word documents are a supported format for a document upload, finish adding Recipients, email subject and body, fields/tags, and then finish. Here is a DocuSign article on the process as well...
