Realtor trying to activate “strikethrough” feature. No support available

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

I understand you’d like to enable the Strikethrough feature, and we know its importance.

Please be informed that this feature is only available for realtor plans. 

If you believed that you are on a realtor plan and yet this feature is not enabled, you need to open a case and request to enable the said feature. 

You may follow the steps provided in the link below.

Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

That process “Open a case in the Docusign Support Center” is completely useless. I had to up purchase. Funny thing? I used strikethrough prior to yesterday.  Support and help at Docusign is a farce. I finally got a lady in sales (only number in use).

There’s an update that only paid account users can submit a case.

An alternative way to open a case is by using the bottom part of the page. 

This allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account.
