I don't see an option to upload signature while signing a document. Only select style and draw options are visible. Earlier I used to upload signature image but now there is no such option. I didn't make any change to settings still I am facing this

Thank you for reaching out to the DocuSign Community.
When you sign an envelope the Sender's signing settings take over. The DocuSign default settings for signing are controlled by the admin of the sending account.
We have a feature called Signature Adoption Configuration, with that option, the Admin of the sender account can specify which signing modes are available (only style selection or draw signature) for the recipients.
If they have it set up to not allow recipients to upload their signature, you as the recipient will need to follow the requirement imposed by them.
Please keep in mind that if you require the Upload signature for this particular envelope, you will need to contact the sender and have them reach out to the admin of their account.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
