- Sign Terms & Conditions in Docusign (can we add a Docusign hyperlink that takes person to the Docusign envelope to sign???)

Is it possible to create a hyperlink in Docusign that links to a envelope/document, that can be added to an email outside of docusign, that would direct people to sign a terms and conditions document in Docusign?
