I would like to keep this email from being sent for a specific brand.  I have looked at the signature and the email resource files and neither of them has this email showing.  Where can I edit this txt or keep it from sending upon decline to sign?

Answer is no, you can have one brand modification for one account.

Hello @mshealy

Are you refer to the “SpringCM” written in the as a email sender?

Hi @Pawan Gangwani

I am saying that I don’t want this email to send at all.  I don’t see anything in the email resource file that will allow me to change or remove it.  How can I do that?

For the email not being send, if someone void or decline to sign. that’s something you need to look into the eSignature setting called “ Email Preferences”. where you can define.
