I need 2 signatures on the same form that needs to be signed by hundreds of clients on a regular basis.  How to get my and my colleague's signatures there, so I do not have to sign every time. and keep the signature and date up-to-date for each doc?

You will need to have the signatures in the based document already in place prior to uploading it to DocuSign, there is no option within DocuSign to achieve this.

You can create a case at https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport and a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
