Inquiry About Managing Two Companies in One Account

Is it possible to manage two companies in the same account?

Technically you could. But it might cause more problems that it solves.

Things to consider:

Compliance Challenges: Different companies may have different compliance and security requirements, making it challenging to manage both under a single account.

Data Separation: Risk of accidentally sharing sensitive information between companies if proper segregation isn’t maintained.

Overlapping Issues: Difficulty in keeping the workflows, templates, and user permissions distinct for each company.
