How to add more information to the subject line after you have sent it recipients?

Hi Tammy,

Once an envelope has been sent, assuming you have the right permissions, you can ‘Correct’ the envelope to change details like the Subject line and have it resent to the those recipients still needing to sign. 

In esignature, from the Manage tab < find the envelope to correct in the list < select ‘Correct’ from the actions available.

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

 

You mean, after an envelope be sent to the recipients? If so, as a Sender you can Correct the envelope, change the Subject and body text for all recipients or select the option for a different message for each recipient. Complete the correction then go to the envelope in the Manage page and Resend it, now the recipients will get a new email notification with the new subject.
