Can't send a document even after purchase order confirmation received.

Even after purchase order confirmation received, it says I have zero sends left!

Please advise!

Hello, @LilyS.

 

After doing a login to your account, click in your initials(photo) in the top right corner in the Navigation  bar.

Verify if there is an option “Switch Accounts”, if so, select the other account. Check if you can send envelopes now.
