My DocuSign witness completed his details but the system did not send him/his phone failed to accept the access numerical sequence. He re-tried a number of times and he is no longer available to witness. So’ I need to replace him with a new witness but there is no facility when I access the document for me to change anything as I have already signed and completed my part. Any clues on how to change the witness or do we need to start the whole process again with my lawyers issuing a new document for me to sign again?
