Our company have a domain name change and our employees had their email domain names change also. 

Is it possible to add another email address to a user as both the old domain name and new domain name are active email addresses for our users in docusign?

As far as I understand the current state of the DocuSign application you cannot associate multiple email addresses to the same DocuSign User.  I recall sending this in as a feature request quite some time ago as we have similar situations where we have employees who are also Students therefore two unique email addresses that they want all envelopes sent to the same DocuSign User.  No feature has been implemented as of this reply that I am aware of in DocuSign.
