Why does the 21 CFR Part 11 eSignature stamp show a different date/time than the time/date of signature on the certification of completion?  It looks like the stamp is defaulting to when the signature was accepted originally instead of when the document is signed.

It is expected behavior from eSignature displaying the signer’s time zone settings on the completed documents. And, the sender’s settings on the certificate of completion and website’s dashboard. You can find more details on this topic, here:
