Someone externally has received a Docusign envelope from our company. The person who sent the envelope has left and we have no way of accessing his account. Is there any way the recipient can void an envelope so that they stop receiving the notifications?

@kellypa9

Yes, the recipient can “Decline to Sign”, which will result in the envelope being voided.

The Docusign Administrator of the sender account has the ability to transfer ownership to someone else in the account, who can then void it. Or the Admin can set up shared access to go into the account of the person who left and void the envelope that way.
