Test Envelopes Sent During Trial

My company has decided to go with the eSignature Business Pro plan.  While on the free trial, I sent myself (to my personal email), our owner and one coworker a total of 8 test emails to get an idea of how we could make Docusign work for us.  It didn’t occur to me that these might count against my 100 envelopes.  Is there any chance I can get those 8 envelopes back?  Had I known that they would count as envelopes I might have used less.

 

I am wondering if an actual Docusign employee monitors these things to answer them and, if not, if there is a way to ask this question directly to a Docusign employee.  I see know way to reach out directly other than opening a case and requesting a phone call and I feel like this is one of those “that meeting could have been an email” scenarios.

Since the envelopes were subtracted from your paid allowance, I  encourage you to create a case so one of our Support team can take a closer look at the issue. Please be ready with the Envelope ID/s.
