Question

MULTIPLE SIGNATORIES

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

hello

I’m new to Docusign and need to send a document for signing  by 3 people. I can add the 3 signatories, with their e mail addresses. If I select 1 for all 3 in the signing order I take it they will receive at the same time. Does this mean I will get one e mail back with the document signed by all 3 with the dates they signed it ?

will it have 1 summary sheet?

thanks

Steve

Hello, @Stephen Fletcher

Yes, you are right in your assumption.

Signing order is used to create an order to the signers when you need someone signing first, then after a second one, third on and so on. If you put  1 for everyone, all three will receive the email notification at the same time, as they sign you’ll be notified, and at the end when everybody has signed then you and the signers will get an email of conclusion with the signed document.

I suggest you to watch one of our free live webinars at Docusign University  one of them is about the first steps using eSignature.

I hope this helps, if so, I’d appreciate your Like here.

Best,

Alexandre

Hi Alexandre

I have tried to send with selecting 1 for all 3 but the docusign drop down field only shows 1 recipient?
