Unable to add 5-seat license for the Standard Edition of DocuSign

A few months ago, we purchased a 5-seat license for the Standard Edition of DocuSign through TechSoup and were provided with a voucher. However, despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to successfully add the seats.

 

Additionally, our subscription does not permit us to raise a support case directly, leaving us without a resolution for several months now.

 

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue
