I am trying to generate a URL to embed a document signature on my website. The URL is embedding successfully, but the problem is that my document template has two roles: "admin" and "user." I want to generate the URL for the "user" role. However, sometimes the generated URL shows the signature area for the admin role, and other times it shows no option to upload or add a signature. I have researched the issue and found a suggestion to check the recipient ID. I checked the recipient ID for the envelope ID "". However, in the iframe screenshot, no signature area is showing: https://prnt.sc/HbuWsiQRMgwz. Please see the issue. Additionally, I received an email for the envelope. When I use the link from the email to sign the document, it shows the signature area and automatically fills in other details as well, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7ZNxIhY3X76o. I want to implement this correctly on my webpage using embadded feature so the user is not required to go to another site for document signature. Can you help me resolve this issue?
