TLDR is I have an automation through shopify, that once a customer signs up they get sent an email that has a hyperlink ideally to a docusign which they can then sign etc.

The idea is to be able to have this sent an infinite amount of times to an infinite amount of customers, ideally not expiring or if it does after years. this way the automation is just kinda set and left alone.

Any ideas? I get suggested powerforms often but that doesn’t seem to be working.

@JasonB

Why don’t PowerForms seem to work for you? Maybe the newer Web Forms will do the trick?

Setting up a template and then PowerForms or Embedded Signing (API integration) for the recipient sound like the way to achieve your requirement. Maybe Docusign Click could also be what you are looking for, but based on the very high level requirement it is not possible to suggest a definite way forward to resolve.

In any case, this will create x transactions in Docusign eSignature. So there won’t be a single envelope with infinite number of customers all signing the same single transaction.
