To clarify, are you referring to the unsigned copy of the envelope?

Thanks. Yes, this is the unsigned copy of the envelope. This has been a long-standing set-up for us, but my one user has just flagged he is no longer getting the unsigned copy, just the final signed copy. Hence us wondering if there has been a recent DocuSign change that impacts what people who are copied receive. Thanks for your assistance.

The envelopes are being created from scratch or the user was using a template? and to confirm no signing order was used.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like my user inadvertently clicked the "Signing Order" button. We tested and without that clicked, the people getting copies got the "Please Sign" unsigned envelope. Appreciate the help!
