Something went wrong. The response signature failed cryptographic validation.

We have downloaded the metadata xml from the url in our organization.

I was able to extract the authN verification and encryption (the same docusign cert) and set them correctly in our sso idp provider connection.

The signer cert has been uploaded to the docusign organization configuration/certificates; and set correctly on the idp.

How do we get to the docusign logs for our organization to see what is the issue? Instead of guessing with attributes, formats, certificates, urls/uri’s.
