As the Docusign admin for my company, I recently verified our domain to prevent unmanaged signups with our company email. However, I still have 100+ existing users who have separate, individual accounts using our domain.
What is the cleanest, most efficient way to invite all these unmanaged, domain users into our main company account? Not sure if it’s ideal to close their existing account and add them into the company account as their might by company data/envelopes in their existing account. Is there a way as an admin I can transfer the company-related envelopes to the company account beforehand?
Ideally, I would want the users to have as little action items to do as possible. Some guidance would be helpful. Thank you!
