Not able to access Docusign admin tab

Hi Support,

We have successfully installed the DocuSign package; however, we are encountering an issue when attempting to click on the DocuSign Admin tab. The error message displayed is: "Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct, and that you have responded to all activation emails."

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
