Have you ever needed to easily share folders and documents with non-CLM users ?

As an example, you might be collaborating on a project with a third party company and want to provide the latter with an easy and direct access to the documents contained in a specific CLM folder.

In Docusign CLM, public links can be used to share documents and content with non-CLM users. Public links allow non-CLM users to view documents and download them. Links can be set to expire on a given date or removed manually by an administrator.

Take a look at this week’s Trainer Tip video with Product Trainer Erik Engelstad to learn how to create a a Public Share Link on a folder in Docusign CLM.

Key Take-aways:

  • Allow non-CLM users to view documents and download them in native or PDF formats.
  • Links can be set to expire on a given date or removed manually by an administrator.
  • You must be a Docusign CLM Administrator or have delegated permissions to create public share links.
