Multiple comments fields within a template

I have created a template with multiple comment fields. When I upload multiple documents to the template, the comments are not saving distinctly. If I make a comment on document 1 comment field one it will save but when I make a comment in document 2 comment field one the initial comment is then overwritten with the new comment. Is there a way to make each comment field distinct from another?

When working with DocuSign templates, each field must have a unique Data Label to ensure that its value doesn’t overwrite another field’s value. If multiple fields share the same Data Label, DocuSign treats them as the same field and synchronizes the entered data across all instances. This can cause comments entered for one document to overwrite comments in another.
