Laserpro to Docusign issues

When exporting documents from Lasepro to Docusign, Docusign gets the correct documents and the correct signing order. All that. But we’re experiencing an issue within the envelope once it’s in Docusign. 

 

For this example, Laserpro has a Lender Editor as the first recipient. When the LE goes into the envelope they have select “Manage”. In there they can edit documents or recipients. However, they do not have an option to Send Later, only an option to “Correct” which sends the envelope even if it's not ready yet. Additionally, if the LE needs to go back in after and correct something, they do not have an option to “Correct” like they normally would. It’s sent out and that’s that.

 

Docusign support has been helpful, but referred me to Laserpro/Finastra, who then referred me back to Docusign.

Has anyone else had an issue like this or found a solution?

The Laser Pro integration is not supported by the Docusign support team, however, can you provide the case number? I can see if I can find some information that might be able to help you.

Hey Nathaly. The case number was 14594446. I think the issue stems from the API user that is set up for our organization is what would be the true “Sender” of the envelope.
