I am submitting a request to a Committee, and we need to show that each signer declined to approve. However, once the first person declines, it voids the entire envelope. How can I set up a docusign that each person can select Decline, and then sign?

As far as I know - ‘decline’ automatically voids the document and there is no way to change this. There is a suggestion in the ‘ideas’ for this to change which you can upvote…

good luck

Instead of using the Approve and Decline buttons, I set up radio buttons for each signer. I gave each radio button an Approve or Decline label and that seems to be working. Would be beneficial if the Approve/Decline buttons did work and did not void the package once declined, if anyone knows how to do this. Thanks
