Developer API purchase plan - external apps

Hello

 

I plan to release my app that will be using multiple external app for each of my client. I'm using eSignature API.
I wonder which pricing plan should I purchase. I saw page (https://ecom.docusign.com/plans-and-pricing/developer) with sum up but there are no direct informations about API purchasing details. I don't plan to use docusign features for myself. I want to purchase plan that will allow me to use API for my client's orgs.  
Can you provide more details on developer plans?
