Powerform link with parameters is failing

We have an Azure Logic App process that uses information from a SharePoint list to create a Powerform link with parameters. Occasionally the links fail with the message “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.” We have one use case in which the link seems to always fail. Staff have entered information three times and in all three the Powerform link with parameters is failing. The process is working for other list items. Anyone know of a way to troubleshoot this?

I’m sorry to hear that the link is failing, I understand you created a PowerForm link with parameters taken from SharePoint, is the right?

 

Can you provide the link or the setup you are using? Also, please view the following link: Parameters to Pre Populate Information in a PowerForm
