Accidentally clicked OK to signature, need to change.

Dear Docusign Community!

I incorrectly clicked OK for a signature, but it is incorrect, I had not changed the name, and the signature is crazy. How do I change it?

Some additional questions to understand better your scenario:

  1. Are you the Envelope’s sender or a recipient (signer)?
  2. If you are a signer, have you a DocuSign account?
  3. The envelope in question stills in Waiting for Others status or already is completed?
  4. When you said: “I clicked OK for a signature”, that was after choosing you signature style or there was a button in the document with an OK? Sometimes, companies put an OK or Accept button so the signature will no appear in the contract, however will show up in the Audit trail documento as signed.

If you are in DocuSign and have an account, you can manage your signatures already adopted under your profile. Go to your profile (Top right corner from the Home page) Manage profile - Signatures and edit your signatures there.   Don’t forget to save.
