As an administrator, can I void envelopes sent by my users?

Hello, @JuanitaLG 

 

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

 

If an Administrator of the account shared users’ envelopes with others so the “other user” depending of the permissions given by the Administrator, can Void an envelope that belongs to another user.
 

For example: the Mary Kay envelopes has been shared with Johnny Smith, if the admin gave the on behalf permission to him, Johnny can see the Mary Kay envelopes and take some actions including Void it.
 

I want to highlight this: By default the users’ envelopes are not shared with other, that requires an Admin action and such action is registered in the Audit log of the account.
