I have an user (real estate agent) changing companies. How can they open their own Docusign account and transfer their envelopes to them? Thanks

To create a Docusign account, follow these steps below or you may click on this link Docusign.

  1. Visit the official DocuSign website.

  2. Click on the ‘Try for Free’ or ‘Sign Up’ button.

  3. Enter your email address and create a password.

  4. Submit the registration form.

  5. Check your email for a verification link.

  6. Click the link to verify your account.

On the other hand, the user may download an envelope from the Agreements page, follow these steps based on the envelope's status:

  1. If the envelope is completed:

    • Click the Download button.
  2. If the envelope is still in progress:

    • Click the envelope name to go to the Details view.
    • Click the Download icon at the top of the view.
    • Select which files you want to download:
      • To download the envelope contents:
        • For separate files in a ZIP file: Select All for all files, or check the specific files you want to download.
        • For a single PDF of all files in the envelope: Select Combine all PDFs into a single file.

The selected files will download to your local Downloads folder and may upload to a new Docusign account.
