How to enlarge pages and signature boxes when options do not work

Ever since renewing my program, the documents while stating 100% size are sometimes very small, AND more frustrating the signature box, initial box and date boxes are miniscule and will not expand even though the option visibly appears.   this is causing documents to be rejected and to correct I have to use another program

Most of the time this unexpect behavior occurs is because the document resolution is too big (above the recommended A4/Letter size).

I know you've probably tried this already, but just to reinforce that fields can also be resized (increased/decreased) in size, but there is a limit. See this article:

none of the answers helped  it is every document, but not consistent as to when the size is “micro-sized”   today it was every document but only my text, signatures, initials.    Yesterday it was all signers and most documents.    I find it frustrating that I can talk to a human without paying money to learn how to make this work for me as a paying customer since appx 2010

I'm sorry you haven't been able to resolve this issue yet. First of all, if you are a paying customer, please know that you can open a ticket in our support center and get help from one of our analysts. See the article below for more information:

Regarding this issue reported by you, I suggest you make a test (without sending the envelope, preferably on our demo environment) by creating a simple document in your text editing software (like MS Word) and then exporting it as a .PDF in A4/Letter format. Once you have this file, upload it and check the size of the fields.

respectfully  I dislike the fact that I have to pay to get help to use a program I pay for every year.   If I cant get this resolved I will just move over to skyslope or dotloop.  they don't charge you for assistance to be able to use their programs efficiently.   I never had any issues until this last renewal then everything changed-  void option disappeared then reappeared; my signature box issue, the ability to “correct” disappeared then shows up on other documents, and it continues to want to have me set up my settings as if I were new.   Its become a very negative experience and I can use other programs for free so I am seriously considering letting it expire.    Sad there is a huge occurrence of poor customer service with increased prices out there

As per the article below, Docusign is fully digitizing our support process to offer customers an enhanced experience and better service routing for paid account users. If you have a paid plan with us, you will continue to have access to all of our support resources, including the option to request a call-back, by simply opening a ticket using our portal.

Regarding the errors you just mentioned in your last comment, this was not expected behavior. If you only have one account under the email address, and renewed your plan during the active period, no additional action should be necessary.

If you have performed the suggested tests and are still experiencing issues, I would like to reiterate the importance of opening a ticket with our support team. I am sure they will do their best to assist you with this and any future questions you may have.
