Hello,

For the past two weeks I’ve been unable to use my account due to errors. I receive errors anytime I attempt to sign documents, generate new envelopes, and correct existing envelopes. I’ve tried generating a case, but also received an error message when I tried to to submit a case. I tried the chat bot, but the bot did not recognize my response. Finally, I tried calling several times, but never reached anyone. I also left a voicemail at the main number, but I still have not received a call back as of today. 

;-/ Terrible, I was hoping things would have been resolved as I have several critical contracts that need to be executed, but i may need to go back to rightsignature if this isn’t resolved in the next day.

Where are you? Have you try swith the network provider? it seems network issue.
