I'm having this error : Error: System.CalloutException: Web service callout failed: WebService returned a SOAP Fault: The UserID does not have a valid membership in this Account. faultcode=soap:Client faultactor=missing in Web.Config... any Ideas?

Not an API expert but I would look to check that the account/userid that you have exist on the account. Can you log into the account manually with the email and password?
