Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! It’s always wise to be cautious about potential spam. To determine if this is legitimate, please follow these steps:

1.  If you were not expecting an invoice, this could indicate spam. Check your DocuSign account directly to see if there are any related documents. You may also open a support ticket through this link to verify with support.

2. Compare the invoice number format with previous legitimate invoices you’ve received from DocuSign.

If, after these checks, you still have doubts about the authenticity of the email, it is best to err on the side of caution and treat it as spam until verified. Do not click on any links or download attachments until you verify their authenticity.
