At Docusign, we’re committed to continuously improving your experience and creating solutions that help you achieve your goals. To deepen our understanding of your needs, we’re conducting a series of in-person site visits with select retail banking and wealth management customers.
Right now, we’re looking for customers interested in participating in these site visits.
What’s involved?
The visits are scheduled for December 9–19, 2024.
During the site visits, we’ll:
- Meet with up to four employees at your organization, including decision-makers and team members who work closely with agreements.
- Explore how agreements fit into your daily workflows, pinpoint where challenges arise, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Why participate?
By participating, you’ll have the chance to:
- Share your expertise and challenges directly with the Docusign team.
- Influence the Docusign product roadmap to address your specific needs.
- Help co-create solutions that deliver measurable results, such as boosting efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Who should participate?
We’re looking for organizations in the banking and wealth management industries that:
- Belong to the mid-market (126–500 employees) or major (501–2,000 employees) segments.
- Have team members involved in workflows like:
- Opening new accounts and preparing agreements for signature.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Managing account changes or loan agreements.
- Setting up workflows, creating templates, or developing system integrations.
