SMS and Whatsapp delivery for developer accounts

Hello everyoneWe use Docusign in our software to send requests through e-mail and I would like to test sending using SMS and WhatsApp as well so we can implement that in our production envirment.I’m using a developer account and our software connects to Docusing using the external applications only , like the imagge belowIs there any way to use the SMS or Whatsapp delivery method using this kind of integration?Even in our production enviroment it’s not possible to check that boxes: Every time we try to send using the SMS or WhatsApp method, we get a 'This account lacks sufficient permissions. Account lacks permission to send Envelopes over SMS' error. What do we need to do to resolve this issue? If one of our clients has this permission, will we be able to send an envelope using their credentials via SMS or WhatsApp?

It seems your account is not enabled with the SMS and WhatsApp delivery. Please open a support case if you want to enable this feature on your account. Once the feature is enabled, the users belonging to your account can use SMS and WhatsApp delivery.
