I have a Bulk Action stuck “in progress” for way longer than it should be. This is done through automation utilizing the Admin API, however, we cannot seem to terminate or make any other request until this user export request completes. Is there any way I can resolve this? Any help is much appreciated.

To further investigate the issue, I recommend submitting a support case with the Dev/API team. In order to assist you, I will need the following details:
- Affected Integration Key
- Affected Envelopes
- Affected Account ID
This issue could be caused by factors such as document type, size, number of signers, complex templates, recipient data issues, network restrictions, or limitations on your DocuSign plan's bulk sending capacity.
Regarding the cancellation of a request, it can be canceled while it’s actively being made. However, the method for cancellation depends on the IDE or tool you're using, as this process varies between different tools.
