Do all recipients receive expiry pending email notifications plus the sender?; just the sender?; only those who have signed?

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

The expiration notification will be sent to all outstanding recipients, those who have signed will not get it and the Sender will be able to view the expirations in the expiration quick view folder: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=kyt1578456367748.html&_LANG=enus

Thank you, @Nathaly Monge. Two follow up questions if I may...

  1. You said the expiration notification is sent to all outstanding recipients, does this include those who haven't received their invitation to sign because they're later in the workflow e.g. signing is stuck at a prior recipient
  2. Does the sender also receive the expiry notification?

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

  1. In that case, the expiration notification would only be sent to the one who is holding up the document's process, if the envelopes get voided then an email will be sent to all recipients.
  2. No, the sender does not receive an expiration notification unless they are part of the outstanding recipients, and unfortunately, there isn't a way to set this up.
