Where did my signed documents go

I had many more signed agreements in my docusign folder and they were in category files I had created and now they are gone. What happened and can I get them restored.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause you, I know the importance of access to your signed envelopes; I understand that your signed envelopes are missing from your account.

 

Have you tried the below troubleshooting:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
  • Please try the Alternative Signing Method

 

Do you have multiple accounts?

 

Are you the only user on your account that is experiencing this?
