Visibility of email notifications sent to recipients

Hi there
We regularly get complaints from our clients (envelope recipients) about the volume of notification emails for reminders and voiding and expiry. Is there a way to see what emails a particular recipient has been sent?

Hi @Luisa Ferronato !

There is no way to map 100% of the emails the recipient received, however a workaround would be to get an Envelope Recipient Report, where you can check how many envelopes this recipient received - remembering that a "needs to sign" recipient will receive at least 2 emails by envelope, the first being to sign and the second email with the completion/cancellation of the envelope.

Thanks @Vinicius.Rodrigues - yes I have that report. I guess that will have to do for now. Perhaps one day a short-term audit log of all email activity could be considered by the product team. Enjoy your day!
