Hello,

is there time information at the signature automatically? Or I have to manage it in settings?

Thank you.

Veronika

Hello Veronika,

the time of signature is automatically captured and you can see it in the certificate of completion (CoC) which per default has several timestamps captured per recipient.

An Administrator can configure the correct time zone in the Settings section of the DocuSign Web App. There is also the option to configure the “Date Signed” field to show the time in addition to the date as well. It will be captured anyway, but you are able to configure how it is displayed.

Hi Veronika,

Welcome  to the DocuSign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

To add to Michael’s answer, an account administrator can update the account’s date and time format in Settings>Regional Settings.

However, the date signed field format will be defined in Settings>Signing Settings.

You can learn more on how to work with these settings, here:

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
