Ive used the free version of Docusign and very happy with how its been going. I wanted to purchase a subscription for more envelopes but for the last few days every time i try purchasing it, it states that there was a problem with the purchase and to try again later. Nothing seems to work how do i fix this?

Sorry you’re facing this issue with your account. Since it’s related to a plan upgrade, you can open a ticket with our Support team, here:
https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US then click in Open a Support Case.
