Stuck at Signing up with error saying "Enter a valid phone number"

Hi guys! I need help

I'm having a problem creating an account for DoD Customer for DocuSign University. Right after the email verification step, in sms verification, I’m entering a valid Philippine Phone number but I always have an error saying “Enter valid phone number” which is weird because my number is correct and it is the same number that I use to register here in Docusign Community. I already tried to input the number with a dash “-” and space and tried to use another phone number but to no avail.

Can you try adding the country code to the actual number as well? For example +63 +63 000 000.

i had this same issue. you would think they would add the area code on for you but you have to add it yourself. if you do that it should work.
