Signing Session Timeout?

Hello DocuSign Community,

As my first contact with DocuSign i got a link from my new employer to sign in. After all in all 3x different links and many tries on different browsers the result is always the same: While open the link i get an error from DocuSign that my session is ended cause of inactivity.

Where might be the fault?

Welcome to the DocuSign Support Community!

That sounds like your employer needs to adjust the signing session time limit. Please tell them what's going on (you're session is ending before you can get the envelope completed). They will be able to extend the time limit. If you have further questions, please let us know. Thank you.
