Hi
Welcome to the Docusign Community!
We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.
I am sorry to hear that your documents are not being accepted by EPREL, but I will explain the reason why they are not accepting your documents as valid.
In most legal contexts, a simple “electronic signature” will not be considered valid within the European Union, as this signature workflow doesn’t prove the recipient’s identity.
For most high-value transactions, you will be required to use an Advanced or Qualified Electronic Signature, which includes an extra recipient verification step.

Accepted Trust Service Providers: Europe
If the signature in question was not a Digital Signature, its validity can be easily contested in court.
For this scenario in specific, EPREL requires you to sign your documents through a Qualified Electronic Signature. This requires you to sign the envelope using a Trusted Service Provider certificate to verify your identity.
Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
