In the last 2 days I am receiving repeated notifications of documents either being viewed or completed. These are things I have already received. I have received the notifications 4-5 times each on some of them. What is the issue and how can I stop it?

We’ve had the same issue of DS sending out multiple replies.


We are having the same issue - multiple notices. Has anyone heard of any updates to stop this from continuing?

I am sorry to hear that you are getting multiple notifications from your already completed envelopes, but I will assist you in getting to the bottom of the issue.

 

By default eSignature should only send 1 notification per user, per event.

 

Are you still experiencing the same issue?

 

And if that is the case, are there any commonalities between the envelopes? Or, were they recently accessed?
